What We Do – and Don’t Do
- 🇪🇺 Hosted in Europe: Your data stays on European servers (except where AI tools like OpenAI are involved for chat purposes).
- 🔐 Encrypted traffic: All communication is encrypted via HTTPS.
- 💳 Secure payments via Stripe: We never store your card details. Payments are processed directly through Stripe.
- ❌ No tracking in our core apps: Understanding the Fearful Avoidant, Paulien AI, and Destiny contain no trackers or third-party pixels.
- 📊 Journey uses analytics: To optimize outreach, Journey includes Facebook Pixel, Google Ads, Plausible, and Hotjar. You can opt out via your cookie settings.
- 🤖 AI use is transparent: AI is used only for enhancing user experience (e.g., chat) — never for profiling or unsolicited data use.
- 📄 Your rights: You may request access to, correction or deletion of your data at any time by emailing hello@healingthefearfulavoidant.com.
What Data Do We Collect?

Data Retention
- Accounts & chats: max. 2 years after last login
- Billing data: stored up to 7 years as required by law
- Analytics (Journey): max. 6 months unless needed longer
Third-Party Access
We do not sell or share your data except for essential services:
- Stripe – for secure payments
- OpenAI – for AI chat functionality
- Meta / Google / Hotjar – only used within Journey
Hosting
- Apps: Hosted on European Hetzner servers
- Websites: Hosted via Natuurlijk Hosting and Hosting2go (EU-based)
Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access your personal data
- Request corrections or deletion
- Withdraw consent at any time
- File a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens)
