The course is totally worth the investment! Paulien has so much valuable insight to give and she has made the course so that it doesn’t feel overwhelming. I also love how she relates to herself a lot, which makes me feel really understood. At first I doubted taking the course because of the amount of money it cost, but I have been doing the program for about 6 months and already feel so much more healed. I would recommend this to anyone who struggles with a fearful avoudant attachment style, because healing yourself is possible but I think we all deserve a little help.
