  • AI features (e.g. Paulien AI) use OpenAI infrastructure and may operate outside the EU with your consent.


 

5. Data Retention

  • Accounts and chat logs: up to 2 years after last login

  • Billing data: stored for 7 years as legally required

  • Analytics (in Journey): max. 6 months unless needed longer


 

6. Disclosure of Personal Information

We may share personal information with:

  • Mollie (payment processing)

  • OpenAI (AI chat functionality)

  • Meta, Google, Hotjar (analytics in Journey only)

  • Government or law enforcement, if legally required

We do not sell or share your data for unrelated marketing.
