What the Healing Journey Looks Like Inside Healed & Happy
Most fearful avoidants spend years trying to feel better. They try therapy, books, podcasts, and self-help tools. But even when something helps a little, it often does not last. The anxiety comes back. The shame creeps in again. The triggers return. They have relapses that make them feel they are back at square one. And they start to believe that maybe they are just too complex to heal.
But you are not too complex. You just need a program that was designed for you.
Healed & Happy is the only program built specifically for the fearful avoidant attachment style. It was not adapted. It was created from scratch, based on my own lived experience, 15 years of research, and over 3,000 people I have helped.

It starts with a foundation
When you first join Healed & Happy, you begin with the foundational course. This is not just a warm-up. It is a full healing arc, carefully designed to help your fear brain feel safe enough to begin.
The foundational course includes seven modules. Each one builds on the last. You start with a baseline survey that helps you track your own progress. Then, the real healing begins.
In Module One, you learn something that most therapists never teach. You learn how to aim for a healed state. Not just talk about your pain, but create a vivid picture of what peace, safety, and love look like for you. This is where Functional Destination Psychology is introduced. It changes the trajectory of your entire healing journey.
Module Two goes into identity. You release the belief that you are broken, bad, or unworthy. You begin to rebuild your sense of self. Not based on effort or perfection, but on inherent worth.
In Module Three, you begin healing a core belief that has shaped your entire experience of connection. You do not just understand it, you actually feel it shift.
Module Four brings you into safety. You learn how to calm the fear brain, how to recognize fear-based sabotage, and how to begin feeling at peace in your body.
In Module Five, you address a driving force behind the fearful avoidant attachment style. One that keeps you stuck in powerlessness and self-sabotage. This is a part of the journey I rarely talk about publicly because it requires context and care. But it changes everything.
Module Six is all about connection. You begin to release the fear of closeness, not by forcing yourself to be vulnerable, but by healing the negative associations your body has around being seen, loved, and known.
And in Module Seven, you stop waiting. You release the belief that you have to be fully healed to feel good. You begin to allow joy now. And that shifts everything.
Then the journey becomes yours
After the foundational course, you take the survey again. And based on your answers, you are assigned a personalized pathway.
Maybe you are still afraid to hurt others. Maybe perfectionism is blocking your peace. Maybe you are going through a breakup or struggling with anger. Whatever is alive for you, we have a pathway for it. And if we don’t, we make one.
Most people go through three to four personalized pathways after the foundation. Each one is short, specific, and deeply resonant. You are not forced to sit through content that does not match your current experience. You are given exactly what you need, when you need it.
This is one of the reasons the program has such a high completion rate. Around 70 percent of participants complete the full first pathway. That is almost unheard of in online programs. But when healing fits, you keep going.
Some people move through everything in a few months. Others come back over the course of a year or two. There is no pressure. No rush. Just real healing, at your own pace.
What it actually feels like
This program does not just give you tools. It gives you relief. Participants say they sleep better. They stop panicking in their relationships. They cry for the first time in years. They begin to feel hope again. They stop assuming they are bad. They set boundaries and feel calm after. They laugh more. They rest more. They stop spiraling.
